When trying to decide on an estate agent to represent our property we were a little cautious that you were a new business just starting out without a large database of prospective purchasers behind you. However, your approach to marketing our property was fantastic and any worries we may have first had disappeared immediately. The pictures taken of the property were of a very high quality and we felt it maximised the potential of our property to prospective purchasers. The use of the internet to market the property was done very effectively and enabled a far higher number of people to look at the property compared to a high street based Estate Agency. The number of people using the internet has risen dramatically over the past few years and your business approach definitely maximises the way people choose to operate in the modern day. This was proven effective as the buyer of our property viewed the details on line and went on to buy the property within 2 weeks of it being placed on the market.
We were extremely grateful to be kept informed of the progress the sale was making at every stage along the way. Also, any queries that we had about the process were answered professionally and promptly to a level we could understand, especially as we were fairly unfamiliar with the process of selling a property being this was the first time we had done it.
The flexible working hours that you do are extremely helpful for people working full time. It meant that we were still able to contact you in the evening to resolve any issues that had arisen meaning there were no delays in proceeding to the completion of the sale of the property. Your previous experience of working in the Estate Agency profession has given you a solid foundation to build what we believe will be an extremely successful and rewarding business. Your friendly and personal approach to your clients is commendable and your passion to ensure the process runs as efficiently as possible was very much appreciated. We felt the personal contact we had with you would not have been received had we gone on to use a larger chain of Estate Agents.
