When you consider the legal and financial responsibilities involved in letting and property management, you may be surprised to learn that there is currently no legal requirement for letting agents to be qualified or regulated – and there are many out there who are not. We are licensed members of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) NALS (The National Approved Letting Scheme), The Property Ombudsman and the TDS (The Tenancy Deposit Scheme). Our membership of these associations gives our landlords the peace of mind that we are working to the highest standards in the Industry and providing high levels of professionalism and commitment to customer service.
