To sell our house twice over, the first time inside a week, the second time in just one day - that’s pretty special, I think! We’re now into our new home in a little over three months from the beginning of the process to the end, and a significant part of that time was finding the house we wanted to move to - it could have been much quicker!

I instructed Gibson Honey Partnership to sell my house in April 2006.  I was initially hesitant about using and Estate Agent with no offices who were new to the market, but was impressed with the professionalism and market experience of the partners.

The property was on the market for 3 weeks before Gibson Honey achieved an asking price offer.  During this three weeks they introduced many viewers, and always accompanied each viewing themselves, which I was very pleased about.  They were always prompt, professional and most importantly contactable.  I was most impressed with the quality of their literature and their communications with me.  They were also very sympathetic to the fact that we have 2 young children, and were very happy to arrange viewings around our needs.

Once the asking price offer had been received, they handled communications between the buyers, the solicitors and us promptly and professionally and remained easily contactable throughout.  They accompanied the buyers three more times to view the property.  They performed some quite tricky negotiation on our behalf when it was found some documentation relating to the sale was not easily available, and obtained a result in our favour.

I would thoroughly recommend them to market property in the Middlesex area.

Furthermore, I confirm that this reference has not been solicited by Gibson Honey, nor have they offered me anything to produce it.

It has been a month now since we moved from Ruislip to our new home in High Wycombe and we would like to express our deep gratitude for the part you played in making the moving process run so smoothly.

When trying to decide on an estate agent to represent our property we were a little cautious that you were a new business just starting out without a large database of prospective purchasers behind you.  However, your approach to marketing our property was fantastic and any worries we may have first had disappeared immediately.  The pictures taken of the property were of a very high quality and we felt it maximised the potential of our property to prospective purchasers.  The use of the Internet to market the property was done very effectively and enabled a far higher number of people to look at the property compared to a High street based Estate Agency.  The number of people using the internet has risen dramatically over the past few years and your business approach definitely maximises the way people choose to operate in the modern day.  This was proven effective as the buyer of our property viewed the details on line and went on to buy the property within 2 weeks of it being placed on the market.

We were extremely grateful to be kept informed of the progress the sale was making at every stage along the way.  Also, any queries that we had about the process were answered professionally and promptly to a level that we could understand, especially as we were fairly unfamiliar with the process of selling a property being this was the first time we had done it.
